Epic Journey ("Epic Journey," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This Policy applies to epicjourneywellness.com, this landing page, and any related Epic Journey property where this Policy is linked (the "Site"). It does not apply to information collected by any third-party platform we integrate with, which is governed by that platform's own privacy practices.

Behavioral health note. Epic Journey provides private intervention, mentorship, recovery coaching, family support, and treatment placement guidance. Epic Journey is not a licensed treatment facility, and the Site does not deliver medical care. Information you share when scheduling a consultation is treated with discretion, but Epic Journey is not a HIPAA-covered entity unless explicitly stated in a Business Associate Agreement. If we ever need to bring in a clinical or third-party partner on your behalf, we will obtain your consent first.

Please do not include sensitive personal health information in unencrypted email or web form fields. If detail is needed before a call, we'll set up an appropriate channel.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, etc.) have similar rights and may exercise them via the same email contact.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
