In person and virtual. The majority of clients work with Preston entirely by secure video and phone, so you always have someone in your corner regardless of where you live or what your schedule looks like.
For clients local to Orange County (Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach), in-person sessions and adventures are an option. Many local clients combine both.
Engagement length is individualized to what each client needs. Sustained, individualized support is strongly associated with better long-term outcomes than a short, fixed stay, so many clients choose to continue well beyond the initial phase, because that's where the research shows recovery is most durably built.
Every plan is built around what you actually need. The flagship engagement includes the full clinical team, direct 1-on-1 work with Preston, and the Joshua Tree retreat. We map out the exact plan together on your free 15-minute call, so it fits your life, not a one-size-fits-all program.
Paying for a family member's coaching is a common path. Many clients are paid for by family. If you're paying for someone else, you'll have a direct line to Preston too, appropriate updates, family meetings when needed, and honest answers about what's actually happening.
